Hematite

Hematite is a metallic gray to reddish-brown iron oxide mineral widely used as an iron ore and as a decorative stone, easily recognized by its metallic luster and red streak. It belongs to the oxide mineral group and is typically found in sedimentary deposits, metamorphic rocks, and hydrothermal veins. Spiritually, it is often associated with grounding, strength, and enhancing focus. Chemically, its formula is Fe₂O₃.
