Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Shipping is complimentary on US orders over $150 with code FREESHIPPING. Discounts cannot be combined with free shipping. We ship primarily via UPS. We aim to ship orders the same day or next day as the order is placed (though we are a small team and it may take up to three to days to process).

We are able to accommodate rush orders or international orders as long as you email us in advance or call the shop: hello@districtmineral.com | 202-717-2600. These shipping costs will be discounted but must be covered by the customer, and are final sale. We are not responsible for any additional associated taxes or fees for international shipping. We are also happy to ship to APO addresses if you contact us in advance.

 

Returns

All crystal purchases are considered final sale. If your crystal arrives broken, please photograph the packaging and alert us of damages within 48 hours so we can pursue an insurance claim and reimburse you. If you are purchasing a crystal over $100 and would like to add insurance, please reach out so we can get a quote for you. We are not responsible for any additional costs over the standard $100 insurance total value that comes with all crystal orders. We ship with UPS unless otherwise requested.
