Azurite

Azurite is a deep blue copper carbonate mineral highly prized as a pigment and collector’s stone, often occurring with malachite. It belongs to the carbonate mineral group and is typically found in the oxidation zones of copper ore deposits. Spiritually, it is often associated with insight, vision, intuition and intellect. Chemically, its formula is Cu₃(CO₃)₂(OH)₂.
