Quartz

Quartz is a clear to variously colored silicate mineral that is one of the most abundant minerals on Earth, highly valued for its gemstone varieties and wide industrial applications. It belongs to the silicate mineral group and is typically found in igneous, metamorphic, and sedimentary rocks worldwide.
